We Use:

EventBrite – Event management – this is where ticket holder information is stored. We use the data here to count how many ticket sales we’ve made, collect the income from the sales and organise shirt sizes. We also use the shirt cut shapes to report on the demographics attending the conference. You can view EventBrite’s Privacy Policy here

Google – Email and Management (Google Drive)

Google Forms – CFP and feedback forms (We do collect and keep this data, it’s entirely optional for people to use these forms)
